To my house anyway.

I finally rid the front door of the forsythia, and replaced it with 1 “fall garland” and two seasonal “spike accents” from A.C. Moore. I bought a roll of rust orange ribbon to hang the wreath (replacing the lace ribbon from spring/summer).

Here’s a tip about those little spike accents: you can usually pull of the ridiculously fake and/or cheesy bits, so don’t be put off by tiny fake fruit if you’re really going for the berries on the bunch.

Have any of you started your fall mantles/foyer/door projects?!

Gorgeous wreath! I’m really feeling autumn is on its way, think I will have to have a go at making a wreath too!

You door looks so pretty!! I am looking forward to Fall. Something about the crisp mornings always reminds me of when I was going to school as a kid. lol, *sigh* those years went by much too fast!! ;-)
It is still hot and sunny here in Seattle, not looking like the season’s are changing at all. I have pulled out all of my Autumn decorations and been making new ones to add to the pile. Today is our first day back to school, so I thought I would wait until the kiddo’s were gone before I started changing the decor. Much easier without them staring at me while I work, haha!!
I might have to make a pretty wreath, now that I’ve seen yours. I can’t wait to see all of the goodies you will be posting for us, I’m ready to change out the old stuff I’ve got here. Any sneak peeks for us, or hints??
