Disappearing Chocolate Tart

It’s still raining, can you believe it? The rain has ruined my garden, stalled my deck project, and made me completely unmotivated. Yes, I’m blaming it on the rain. But at least I’m still cooking.

I’ve had several requests for this recipe, so I thought I’d post it here because you all have to try this!! It has been a huge hit among paleo and non-paleo eaters.

It’s not an original recipe, so I’m just going to link to the creator (Kari at gi365). You can eat the filling plain- like pudding, use it in the crust as written, or try it in another crust. I’ve had success with both of these crusts:
