Maybe you caught a peek at this lamp when I showed you my guest room.

Up close you can see the lamp is actually covered in book pages.

Originally, it looked like this.

It’s hard to tell from the picture, but the color is actually slightly pink. I fell in love with the shape and small footprint, so $8 at Goodwill was a bargain! Instead of repainting it, I decided to use some of the old books I had leftover from my wreath and monogram to cover it with Mod Podge.

Topped with a small linen shade from Target, I love the simple but unique  result!
